雌激素对脾脏中Bcl-2和Bax蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用免疫组化SP法,观察去卵巢大鼠脾脏中凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2和Bax表达的变化。结果表明,去卵巢组(OVX组)大鼠脾脏内Bcl-2表达显著减少,Bax表达极显著增加;17β-雌二醇治疗组(OVX+E2组)大鼠的2种蛋白表达可恢复到接近正常水平。说明去卵巢大鼠由于缺乏内源性雌激素,引起脾脏内Bax蛋白表达增加,Bcl-2表达减少;而补充外源性雌激素可缓解或抑制这一变化。 Use the method of immunohistochemistry SP to study the Bcl-2 and Bax positive expression in spleen of ovariectomized and treated with 17-β-estrodiol rats. As the result, contrast with the control group, in ovariectomized group, the positive expression of Bcl-2 was decreased, while the expression of Bax were significantly increased. After being treated with 17β-estrodiol ,the immunoreactive production of Bcl-2 was re-increased and the expression of Bax was decreased,and immunoreactive production of Bcl-2 and Bax almost returned to the normal level. All the results illustrated that the expression of Bax was increased and Bcl-2 was decreased after ovariectomy ,and the 17β-estrodiol can prevent this results by down regulating the expression of Bax while upregulating the expression of Bcl-2.
