摘要
将苦皮藤素制成微粉剂1和微粉剂2,以不同浓度混入绿豆中,研究苦皮藤素做粉剂对绿豆象种群的控制作用,结果表明,苦皮藤素微粉剂浓度达到4000mg/kg时,对绿豆象成虫15 d的校正死亡率郁为100%,120 d后的繁殖抑制率分别为9 4.74%和91.80%,能有效控制绿豆象成虫的危害,但对幼虫和卵的控制效果不明显。
Flo-dust 1 and Flo-dust 2 were made of Celangulin,then mix in different prescription of flo dust in mung bean,when the applied does reached 4 000 mg/kg,the ratios of breeding inhibition were both 100%. 120 d after treatment, ratio of breeding inhibition was 94. 74% and 91. 80% respectively, worm of Callosobruchus chinensis L. could be controlled. But egg and nymphs could hardly be controlled with the same concentration.
