摘要
对抗麦蚜资源筛选,抗麦蚜机制,抗麦蚜分子标记水平及抗麦蚜基因工程等4个方面的研究进展 做了概括。最后提出在抗麦蚜研究过程中,应把分子生物学技术与常规抗麦蚜育种方法相结合,加速培育出抗麦蚜 的优质、高产小麦新材料、新品种,加强麦蚜、寄主、环境关系的研究,提高麦蚜综合防治水平。
The progress of the four subjects are briefly summarized in this paper,specificly in clouding screening of resistant wheat germplasm resources, resistance mechanism, molecular markers of resistance genes. The genetic engineering of resistance to the aphid shoud be an integration of bio-technology and conventional breeding method to cultivate the wheat of excellent quality, high resistance and yields. At the same time, to improve integrated wheat aphid control, the systematic research of wheat aphid, plant host and environment shoud be enhanced.
