摘要 采用化学强化一级处理(CEPT)技术对草浆造纸废水进行处理。试验结果表明,FeCl3,AlCl3和PAC的混凝效果受pH影响显著,3种混凝剂的最适pH分别为5,4和6。3种混凝剂初投入废水时,化学需氧量(COD)和色度的去除率增幅较大,以后随投加量的增加其变化不甚明显。每升废水中投加FeCl3,AlCl3和PAM的最适量分别为46,33和40 mL。另外,通过3种混凝剂与有机助凝剂复配的L9(34)正交试验,得出每组复配中4因子影响大小的排序及最优试验条件。最后,根据试验结果给出了以混凝、沉淀为主的废水处理工艺流程。 The papermaking wastewater of grass pulp was treated with CEPT (Chemically enhanced processing technology). Experiment results showed:the effects of pH on three coagulants (FeCl3,AlCl3 and PAM) were more significant and their own coagulating effect was best with pH=5,4 and 6 respectively. As the three coagulants were put into the wastewater,COD removal rate and decolorising rate initially increased much. With the dose of coagulants increasing up gradually,the coagulating effect become stable and changed little. The doses of this three coagulants were 46,33 and 40 mL per liter. In addition,we learned the active force grades of four factors and the optimum test conditions through the orthogonal test of L9(34) with the three coagulants and organic coagulant aid. Finally we got the flow diagram of this wastewater treatment system charactered with coagulation and sedimentation.
