试论公路建设中的环境问题与环境保护

Discussion on environment problems and environmental protection of highway development

结合公路环境评价和水土保持方案设计的工作实践,论述了公路建设中环境保护的必要性,分析 了公路工程各建设阶段的环境问题和应采取的环保对策,提出了加强公路建设环境管理的几点建议。

In this paper,on the basis of much practice of working on highway environment evaluation and water and soil conservation planning, the necessity of environmental protection in highway development is discussed, the environment problems of each development stage and the counter-measures that should be adopted are analyzed, and some suggestions on strengthening environment management are made.
