摘要
用不同浓度的亚硒酸钠和抗坏血酸对黄瓜种子进行浸种处理,测定了子叶期幼苗中SOD、CAT、POD活性和MDA含量,以探讨硒与抗坏血酸对黄瓜幼苗抗氧化功能的影响。结果表明,硒浓度在一定范围内,抗坏血酸与亚硒酸钠的适当配合能提高黄瓜幼苗的抗氧化功能,其中以8mg·L-1的抗坏血酸与0.4或0.8mg·L-1亚硒酸钠的配合效果较佳,硒浓度过高,将对黄瓜抗氧化能力产生抑制作用。
Steeping seeds in different concentrations of sodium selenite and ascor bic acid(ASA), the activities of superoxide dismutase, catelase, peroxidase and the content of MDA were examined.The results showed that the antioxidation funct ion of the cucumber seedlings was increased in the range and inhibited over the limit of selenium.The effect was better with the concentration of 8mg·L-1 ASAan d 0.4 or 0.8mg·L-1 sodium selenites.
