摘要
加氢裂化是石油化工工业中最重要的催化加工过程之一 ,但又是一个事故多发的工艺过程。通过对国内外加氢裂化装置典型事故举例分析 ,说明了加氢裂化装置安全的重要性 ,提出了保障加氢裂化装置安全的几点措施 ,如设置可燃与有害气体报警仪 ;设置紧急停车 /安全联锁系统 ;设置两套紧急泄压系统 ;关键设备材料全面升级以及采用先进自动控制系统等。
Hydrocracking is one of the most important catalytic processes of petrochemical industry, meanwhile it is an accident frequently-occurring process. The importance of hydrocracking unit safety is illustrated through the analysis of typical accidents both at home and abroad. Several measures have been proposed as follows: (1) Setting the combustible gas and harmful gas alarm unit; (2) Setting emergency shutdown / safety interlock system and two emergency pressure relieving systems; (3) Upgrading the material of key equipments and adopting advanced automatic control system.
