变截面管状机织增强材料的织造设计

Weaving Design of Tubular Multilayer Woven Preform with Changeable Crosssection

设计大口径薄壁厚的管道预型件 ,各层经纱根数可相等 ;而小口径高壁厚的管道织物 ,各层经纱数不等 ,以使管道的内外层结构均匀。在织造过程中 ,应随管道直径的增加 (或减小 ) ,相应地增加 (或减小 )各层的经纱根数。

The warp number in each layer can be equivalent in the designing of tubular preform with large diameter and small thickness,however it must be varied in the fabric with small diameter and large thickness so as to obtain a uniform structure.In the weaving process,yarns should be added (or reduced) in every warp layer in correspondence with the increase(or decrease) of the fabric diameter.
