施肥对优质稻米产量和品质的影响

Effect of fertilizer application on the yield and quality of high-quality rice

在低山区和丘陵河谷区同时进行施肥对优质稻产量和品质的影响研究,结果表明,施肥使优质稻产量提高999 75～2041 6kg/hm2,蛋白质含量提高0 95～3 57个百分点;在施N135kg/hm2基础上,蛋白质含量与施磷量成正相关,与施钾成二次函数变化;蛋白质总量以施N135kg/hm2、P2O575kg/hm2、K2O45～90kg/hm2最高。

In order to find out the effect of rational fertilizer application on the yield and quality of high-quality rice, two field experiments were conducted in the low mountain region and the other in the hilly region. The results showed that the treatment of rational fertilizer application increased yield by 999.75kg/hm^2～2041.6kg/hm^2, increased grain protein content by 0.95%～3.57% compared with the treatment of no fertilizer. With N rate of N 135kg/hm^2, the grain protein content increased with P rate, the relation-ship between K rate and protein content may be expressed by a quadric multinomial equation. Rational fertilizer application of N and P and K at N 135kg/hm^2, P_2O_5 75kg/hm^2 and K_2O 45～90kg/hm^2 gave the highest protein yield.
