食用不同种类粮食地区的中老年人手骨关节炎患病率调查

Prevalence of hand osteoarthritis in the mid-aged and elderly with different foods

目的:骨关节炎存在地理分布的差异,其差异的原因是否与食用不同种类粮食有关?探讨不同主食地区人群骨关节炎患病的严重程度,旨在了解真菌毒素摄入量与骨关节炎发病的关系。方法:在不同种类粮食地区调查 40岁以上的常住人口,拍右手 X 射线片,根据关节间隙狭窄、关节软骨下硬化、囊样变及骨外侧变形等进行诊断。结果:主食面粉和主食大米地区人群骨关节炎患病率分别为 98.97%和90.29%,其群体病情严重程度指数分别为 12.613和 4.091,说明以面粉为主食地区的中老年人骨关节炎病情远比主食大米地区人群严重。结论:两类人群骨关节炎患病严重程度明显不同,可能与不同种类粮食中真菌毒素含量的差异有关。

AIM: Osteoarthritis(OA) has diversity in geographical distribution. Is there any relationship between the course of diversity and the different food we eat? The aim of this paper is to probe into patients with severe degree of OA at different areas so as to investigate the relationship between the intake of mycotoxins and the prevalence of OA. METHODS: The populations aged over 40 years at different food areas were investigated and taken radiograph of right hand.According to the severe degree of joints changes (joint space narrowing, sub-chondral sclerosis, cyst and osteophyte) showed on the radiograph, OA were diagnosed. RESULTS: The prevalence rate of OA were 98.97%in the population with wheat floor as staple food and 90.29%in the population with rice as staple food, and the indexes of population OA severe degree were 12.613 and 4.091 respectively. These suggested that OA of elder people in the former area was more serious than that in the latter. CONCLUSION: OA severe degree is obviously different in the two populations, and this may be related with the different concentrations of mycotoxins in various foods.
