硫酸镁对脊髓损伤后钠离子-钾离子-三磷酸腺苷酶活性和丙二醛浓度与含水量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:硫酸镁用于脑损伤的治疗已取得了较满意的疗效,探讨硫酸镁对脊髓损伤后Na+-K+-ATP酶活性、丙二醛浓度与含水量的影响。方法:改良Allen's法建立SD大鼠急性脊髓损伤模型,随机分损伤组和硫酸镁治疗组(脊髓损伤后30min一次性腹腔注射300mg/kg硫酸镁),在伤后6,12和24h检测伤段脊髓Na+-K+-ATP酶活力、脊髓组织含水量及丙二醛浓度,与正常对照组(n=8)比较。结果:损伤组与对照组比较,Na+-K+-ATP酶活力降低,丙二醛浓度与脊髓含水量升高,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);治疗组与损伤组比较,Na+-K+-ATP酶活力增加、丙二醛浓度及含水量降低,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:硫酸镁能提高大鼠急性脊髓损伤后伤段脊髓Na+-K+-ATP酶活力,降低丙二醛浓度及含水量,对脊髓损伤有保护作用。 AIM:The application magnesium sulfate(MgSO4) on brain injury has got satisfied effect.The aim of this paper is to probe into the effect of MgSO4 on the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase and the concentration of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the content of water after spinal cord injury(SCI). METHODS:The model of acute SCI of SD rats was established with improved Allen's method. The models were randomly divided into SCI group and MgSO4 treatment group(300 mg/kg MgSO4 was injected into abdominal cavity 30 minutes after SCI).The activity of Na+-K+-ATPase,content of water and concentration of MDA in the injured spinal cord tissue of each rate were detected at 6,12 and 24 hours after injury,and were compared with those in control group(n=8). RESULTS:The activity of Na+-K+-ATPase was significantly decreased,and in the content of water and the concentration of MDA were significantly increased the SCI group,compared with those of the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.01).The activity of Na+-K+-ATP ase was significantly increased,and the concentration of MDA and the content of water were significantly decreased in the MgSO4 treatment group,compared with those of the SCI group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:MgSO4 can increase the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase and decrease the concentration of MDA and the content of water in the injured spinal cord in rats after acute SCI,and it has protective effect on SCI.
