摘要 目的:大量动物实验和临床研究证实持续被动运动(continuouspassivemotion,CPM)对骨关节损伤恢复、关节软骨的再生和修复有显著促进作用。阐述关节软骨的损伤类型及持续被动运动机的类型和使用方法,以利于关节软骨损伤寻找最佳治疗方法。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1966-01/2003-12和http://www.wanfangdata.com.cn2001-01/2004-06期间的与关节软骨损伤及持续被动运动相关文章,并限定文章语言种类分别为English和中文。检索词“关节软骨,缺损修复,持续被动运动”。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取关于关节软骨损伤与持续被动运动的随机对照临床试验(RCT)文献。资料提炼:选取上述相关文献30篇进行分析,筛除明显不随机临床试验研究、重复的同一研究和Meta分析研究8篇,符合本研究标准22篇。资料综合:分析关节软骨组织成分结构及关节损伤类型,对目前关节软骨损伤的治疗方法和持续被动运动机的类型、构造、使用方法、作用机制及其在关节软骨缺损修复中的一些问题进行综述。结论:持续被动运动是治疗关节软骨损伤的一种重要手段,但其正确的使用方法尚需进一步研究。
