论高校法律基础课的德育功能

On the Function of Moral Education in the Course "Law Basic" in the University

“法律基础”课作为对大学生进行思想品德教育的系列课程之一，其学科性质决定了它的德育功能的具体内涵。本文认为，要充分发挥法律基础课的德育功能，必须明确法律基础课的学科性质，建构有效实施德育的法制教学内容体系，要有一套行之有效的德育实现机制和科研作支撑。

As one of series of ideological and moral education courses to college students, the nature of 'Law Basic' determines the concrete connotation of its moral education function. This paper elaborates that, in order to fully develop the moral education function of 'Law Basic', it is necessary to explicit its nature, to build a system of law teaching content to implement moral education effectively, and to have an effective realizable system of moral education and scientific research to support.
