国内外汽车生产检测技术述评

On-line Measuring Technology of Automobile Works at Home and Abroad

文章介绍了近年来国外汽车生产检测技术的发展状况,并结合国内现状对改善我国检测技术提出了几点建议: 1)必须扭转不重视生产检测的局面。2)横向工具部门应向汽车工业提供大量实用、先进的检测工具。3)必须大力推广气动测量法。4)在外圆磨床上推广主动量仪。5)引进必要的先进检测装备。

After describing the development of the on-line measuring technology of Autoworks at home and abroad, the paper gives some opinions on improving the presentsituation of on-line measuring technology of inland Auto works: 1. The situation of not paying much attention to on-line measuring technologyshould be changed. 2. The inland gage companies should supply a great quantity ofhigh quality gages for Auto works. 3. Air gage method should be popularized ener-getically . 4. To use in-process gage in OD grinding machine. 5. To import advanced gages and measuring equipments.
