摘要
本文以二自由度汽车悬挂振动系统模型为基础,导出钢板弹簧使用寿命与板簧结构参数、振动系统参数、疲劳特性参数、路面状况及行驶工况之间的关系式,并进行了“一般路面”和“坏路面”上的板簧寿命估算。同时以“坏路面”为列作了有关参数对寿命的影响分析,得出的结论与实际基本符合。
Based on the model of two degrees of freedom of automobile suspension system,this paper not only deduces the relationship of the leaf spring's life with the parame-ters, such as leaf spring construction, dynamical system, fatigue characteristics, roadsurface state and worhing situation on road, but also gives the estimation of the leafspring's live on 'General Road' and 'Bad Road'. Taking 'Bad Road' for example,this paper analyses the effection of conce ning parameters on the leaf spring's life,the results are approximate to the actual ones.
