摘要
该项研究应用SEM和AES现代微观测试手段,对对偶件摩擦表面层结构、成分以及形成过程进行了全面系统的分析。研究结果表明二次结构层(非结晶层)的存在可提高和稳定摩擦系数以及减少磨损,在对偶件基体中加入少量的Cr、Cu、Mo、Ti等合金元素有利于在其表面形成一层二次结构层。
With SEM and AES modern analysis equipment, the structure, composition andorming process of frictional surface of rubbing pair is systematically analyzed. Theresults of these studies are as follows, when a non-crystallization layer exist in fri-ctional surface of rubbing pair, it is possible to improve the properties of frictionand wear and to avoid internal destructive wear of rubbing pair Adding trace allogying elements ( Cr, Cu, Mo and Ti) to rubbing Pair materials will make it easier to form the non-Crystallization layer on frictional surface.
