Study on preparating nanometer quartz powder with mechanical method

摘要 采用自行研制的离心强制循环超细粉碎设备,制备出了纳米粒级超细石英粉体。石英原料∶水比为30∶70、助磨剂为0.5%焦磷酸钠、3h磨矿后的样品,经TEM观察和XRD分析,石英粉体一次颗粒粒径已达到60nm以下,结晶度显著降低。与行星式球磨机比较,粉碎细度明显提高,证实了机械力作用方式对超细粉碎效果的影响。 Ultra-fine quartz powder with nanometer size was prepared by using centrifugual forced circulation ultra-fine comminution equipment designed and made by oneself.The size of quartz powder prepared under the condition of the proportion of quartz and water 30∶70 and taking sodium pyrophosphate as grinding aid,had reached less than 60 nm.The degree of crystallization of the powder distinctly decreased.Compared with planetary ball mill,its fineness was increased obviously.All these verified the influence of mechanical force on the effect of ultrafine comminution.
