摘要
对以石英粉为主核包覆TiO2的基本原理进行了探讨,用微波辐射代替传统陈化法合成了石英复合钛白粉。经XPS表面元素分析,TiO2包覆程度好于传统方法;经焙烧后的比表面积分析,热稳定性高于传统方法。
The principle of precipitating titania on the surface of quartz was preliminarily studied.The composites of titania-quartz was prepared by using of microwave irradiation.Compared with the traditional method such as aging at atmospheric temperature.The composit was characterized by WPS and BET under calcining.All the results revealed that the quartz was fully coated and the composites had better stability with being calcined than the composites prepared by traditional method.
