摘要
以露地杏金太阳、凯特为试材,研究了休眠期杏树花芽的一些生理指标变化情况。结果表明:在休眠期,两品种花芽中可溶性糖含量变化平缓,淀粉含量在休眠期呈缓慢上升趋势;自然休眠解除期可溶性糖含量迅速上升,淀粉含量迅速下降;两品种POD活性在休眠期变化平缓,休眠解除期POD酶活性迅速上升;H2O2含量在休眠期大体呈上升趋势,休眠解除期H2O2含量迅速下降。
This experiment was carried out with samples of the 'Katy' and 'Golden sun' cultivars of English apricot (Prunus linn) in open field. And some physiological indexes were studied. The result indicated that soluble sugar contents in flower buds kept in a constant level in the two cultivars during dormant period, and rose rapidly when dormancy was broken. Starch contents rose in dormant period, and decreased rapidly in the period when domancy stopped. POD activities showed steady tendency in dormant period, and increased rapidly near the rest-breaking. After dormancy was broken, the activities kept in a constant level. H_2O_2 content kept rising in dormant period on the whole. However, the content descended rapidly when dormancy was broken.
