A study on the protoplast-induced breeding of Pleurotus erygnii

摘要 通过原生质体的制备再生及诱变技术进行了珍稀食用菌刺芹侧耳的菌种选育工作。结果表明:通过对再生菌株的筛选,得到速生优质菌株X1,其长速优于出发菌株,达到显著差异,且菇形好,商品性高。同时得到高产早熟菌株X401,比出发菌株产量提高了8%~10%左右。 This experiment was done on the breeding of rare edible fung Pleurotus erygnii by protoplast preparation and UV induced mutagenesis. the result showed that by screening of Pleurotus erygnii plotoplast regenerating strains, the strain X1 showed rapid mycelial growth rate and good fruitbody quality, the strain X401 showed increase in yield by 8%~10%, compared with the original strain.
