摘要
试验应用1 0×103、1 0×104和5 0×1043个不同剂量的柔嫩艾美耳球虫(Eimeriatenella)孢子化卵囊,进行人工感染发病。对雏鸡感染后不同时间的红细胞压积容量(PCV)和红细胞沉降速率进行了测定。结果表明,一定剂量的柔嫩艾美耳球虫感染,可引起感染雏鸡红细胞压积容量降低(p<0 05,p<0 01),红细胞沉降速率加快(p<0 05,p<0 01)。随着感染剂量加大,两项指标的变化幅度也变大,且均以感染后的第5天时最为明显。
The experiment was on the pressure content volumes (PCV) and dropping rate of red blood cells in different growth period of chickens, which were inoculated with 1.0×10~3,1.0×10~4 and 5.0×10~4 sporulated oocysts of E.tenella separately. The results showed that chickens' blood parameters were various after inoculated, and become more significant following the increasing of inoculation dosages. The PCV was significantly lower than that of the uninoculated control (p<0.05, p<0.01), the dropping rate of blood cells was higher than that of the uninoculated control (p<0.05,p<0.01). There were obvious changes of the two parameters with the increasing of dosage, and all were the most obvious on the 5th day after infection.
