摘要 铜与精胺形成的1∶1不饱和配合物对Luminol-H2O2化学发光体系有强烈的催化活性,据此建立了简便、灵敏的测定精胺的化学发光新方法,线性范围为10-7~10-5mol/L,检测限为4×10-9mol/L,相对标准偏差为5 55%。 A simple and sensitive chemiluminescence method for the determination of spermine was developed, based on the spermine-copper (1∶1) unsaturated complex formed by copper and spermine, which had a strang catalytic effect on the chemiluminescence reaction between the luminol and hydrogen peroxide. The detection limit is 4×10^(-9) mol/L for spermine and the linear range extends from 10^(-7) to 10^(-5) mol/L. The relative standard deviation of spermine was 5.55%.
