On the basis of analyzing geometric construction of TC bearing, basic equation of calculating contact stress has been derived from. Calculation examples show that calculating data is stable and that calculation method is correct. In terms of new problem found in the result, some measure improving design has been pointed out.Meanwhile it has set up a base for further study of TC bearing wear life.
