摘要
在 190型柴油机油液分析状态监测中 ,联合应用理化指标分析、光谱分析和铁谱分析 ,在此基础上开发了油液分析软件。该软件通过对数据进行处理 。
It is feasible and essential to apply oil analysis on the condition monitoring of diesel engine. Physical and chemical analysis,spectroscopic analysis and ferographic analysis are applied to the oil monitoring of 190 diesel engine,and the oil analysis software is developed. Through processing the monitoring data,this software can evaluate the lubricant effect and wear condition.
