通过对钻具螺纹车修减振中心架与作业线装置的研制 ,解决了钻具螺纹车修过程中 ,因钻具振动造成的车床损坏和车修质量问题。实现了钻具上下车床的半自动化 ,提高了工作效率 ,减轻了劳动强度 。

According to the studies of shock mount and job team used in mending screw thread of drilling tools with lathe, we solved the problems of the lathe break down and the mending quality causing by the shock of drilling tools in the process of mending the screw thread. Moreover, the working efficiency is improved and the working intension is alleviated, and, the mending quality is ensured.
