摘要
钻井泵是石油钻井中循环系统的关键设备 ,其工作状态的好坏直接影响到钻井工作的安全、效率、质量和成本。为了保证钻井泵的正常工作和钻井生产的正常进行 ,提高钻井泵的现代化维修和管理水平 ,亟待研制适用于现场使用的、科学先进的钻井泵实时故障诊断系统。文章在分析了目前石油钻井泵故障诊断研究工作现状的基础上 ,结合现场的需要和自己的研究工作 ,认为研究工作的重点应放在钻井泵动力端上 ,应致力于研制先进实用的整个泵的故障诊断系统。
Oil drilling pump is a reciprocate pump and it is the key equipment of oil drilling. The working conditions of drilling pump affect on the safety, efficiency, quality, cost of drilling directly. At present, judging whether working condition of drilling pump is well or worse and determining overhaul cycle of pump mainly rely on experience. Therefore, it is necessary to research and develop advanced and practical system of fault diagnose of oil drilling pump. The paper advances that the emphases of fault diagnose of oil drilling pump should be rely up the bearings of part of power end and establish an advanced and practical fault diagnosing system of the whole pump. The paper presents the works and results on the research of fault diagnose of oil drilling pump.
