摘要
复杂井身结构井由于受特殊的井身结构、大井斜角和小井眼尺寸等因素的影响 ,给后期修井作业带来了很大难度 ,致使常规的井下作业方法和工具已不能有效地实现修井的目的。文章针对辽河油田复杂结构井打捞作业存在的实际问题 ,分析复杂结构井打捞解卡作业的技术难点 ,在此基础上研制了井下液压增力打捞解卡工具 ,经室内及现场试验证明 ,该工具可产生 12 0 0kN液压解卡力 ,且直接作用在落鱼上而不增加上部打捞管柱及作业设备提升系统载荷 。
The workover can not be effectively realized by the conventional downhole operations and tools owing to the fact that difficulties are met in the process of well workover which results from affective factors such as special wellbore structure,high-angle of wellbore deviation and wellbore size in the complicated trajectory wells.This paper presents the technical sophistications existing in fishing operations of the complicated trajectory wells according to the practical difficulties for the complicated trajectory well in fishing operations.On the basis of the complicated trajectory technical sophistications, the downhole hydraulic boost releasing stuck tool has been developed for which the 1 200 kN hydraulic releasing stuck force is generated that can act on the fish, instead of adding additional load on the lifting system including upper fishing string and operating equipment on the wellsite,so that the normal downhole fishing operations can be replaced by this workover technology. The empty for this kind of releasing stuck technique can be expected to be used in Liaohe oil-field. The practical value and wide scope application will be identified by the new tool.
