摘要
文章介绍了胜利油田开发的三号采油平台液压升降系统的组成、原理及控制方式 ,液压系统中主要回路的技术参数和特点。设计时 ,在保证升降安全可靠的前提下 ,力求简单优化 ,造价成本低 ;采用PLC控制 ,使升降操作更加安全。
The paper introduces the design of the hydraulic jack up system about Shengli No.3 oil production platform. It contains the principle of hydraulic jack up system, the control of operating the hydraulic jack up system and the properties that presented in the main hydraulic circuits. In the design, it is the first to ensure the safety and then simplification so that the cost of platform is low. The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) makes the platform more safety.
