This paper introduces the meaning, feature, purpose, effect and trend relevant toSimultaneous Engineering revealed recently by abroad literature and by automobile com-panies. The author provides some examples which employ Simultaneous Engineering inautomobile industry both at home and abroad in order to show that it is an importansreform in technical management to apply Simultaneous Engineering in new products detveloping and new technology realizing of our automobile industry. The author also givessome detailed suggests on how to employ the Simultaneous Engineering.
