基于六维力的电解加工间隙检测的数值分析 被引量:11

摘要 为了实现实时检测电解加工间隙 ,把流体作用在阴极上的六维力作为研究参数 ,建立间隙流场中流体运动的计算模型 ,用流场计算软件FLUENT进行数值计算 ,分析作用在阴极面上的压力矢量分布 ,在阴极中心坐标系上把各分布的压力矢量进行合并 ,得到三力和三力矩的六维力 ;调整进口流速、出口背压等流场参数 ,用最小二乘法多变元线性拟合建立六维力与加工间隙的关系方程式。 Arming at realizing on-line measuring inter-electrode gap, 6-dimensional forces acting on cathode through electrolyte were acted as research parameters. The motion model of fluid in gap flow field was set up. The pressure vectors on cathode surface were analyzed through numerical calculations and incorporated into 6-dimensional forces including 3 forces and 3 moments in cathode center coordinate. The relation equation is founded between inter-electrode gap and 6-dimensional forces though changing flow field parameters such as inlet velocity and outlet pressure. The relationship is analysed, and conclusions are used to monitor inter-electrode gap.
