通过对住房金融制度的分析,阐述了住房消费信贷在我国的实施情况及在实施过程中出现的问题,针对目前的现状和存在问题探讨应对策略。
This present paper analyzes the housing financial system, elaborates the situation and problems on the current house-consuming loans in China, and produces the related countermeasures.
