摘要
主要分析了我国目前对居民收入差距问题认识分歧的两个方面的原因,其一是收入差距问题本身的复杂性及其衡量和计算标准的多样性引起的,其二是我国在体制转换过程中,由于制度不完善而形成的各种各样的统计外收入造成的。考察这些因素对制定我国的收入分配政策是非常必要的。
This present paper analyzes the two reasons for the different thinking on the gap of the resident income. One reason is caused by the complexity of the income gap and the diverse counting and weighing criterion, and the other is caused by the extra income beyond the statistic scope. Exploring those factors is necessary for us to constitute the income allocation system in China.
