企业竞争力的关键因素已由"物"变成"人",相应的以"物"为中心的科学管理要向以"人"为中心的人性化管理转变。人性化管理可以优化人际关系,避免内耗;凝聚人才,保障优势;克服人性弱点,提高企业竞争力。
The key factor of corporate competitiveness has changed'material' into'human', so the scientific management surrounded by 'material' will turn into human-based management surrounded by 'human'. Human-based management can optimize human relation, avoid internal friction; aggregate talents, guarantee advantages; overcome human weakness and enhance corporate competitiveness.
