摘要
通过温室和田间番茄种植试验 ,以及果实耐贮性试验等对番茄成熟突变材料Nr及其野生亲本和转基因番茄材料进行了研究。结果表明 :Nr番茄果实贮藏性极强 ,野生番茄发芽势强、抗性强 ,二者均不适合越冬长季节温室栽培 ,较适合于大田种植。
This thesis reports the studies of a tomato mutant Never ripe (Nr) and its wild type and the transgenic tomato by two cultivation experiments in the field and greenhouse and experiments on the storage of fruits. The results demonstrated that Nr tomato fruits have indeed a very long shelf life. The germination potential and hardiness of the wild type were strong. They were not suitable for cultivation in greenhouse for long growth period over the winter, but more suitable for cultivation in the field. Over (expression) of lycopene content in the transgenic tomato hasn’t emerged.
