摘要
输入偏心轴是ZY减速机中的重要零件,其加工精度直接影响减速机的整体性能。偏心距的加工较为困难,为保证它的加工精度,需设计专用的工艺装备。文中通过分析对比,选择了合理高效的工艺方案,满足了生产需要。
The input eccentric shaft is a key pieces in ZY reduction gear. Its machining precision influences the entire property of reduction gear. The process of eccentric distance is particularly difficult. In order to grarantee machining precision a specific device is designed. In this paper a rational and efficient preparation program is selected based on the analysis and comparison to satisfy the production need.
