摘要
职工民主管理本质上是一种以劳动者为管理主体的管理活动,是劳动者在劳动力产权的基础上,以权力运行为手段,通过一定的组织形式,围绕价值创造和价值分配的统一而进行的管理活动。
The democratic management of the staff and workers is one kind of management activities which take the wide employees as the main management body in essence, and on the basis of the property rights of the labor forces, with the right operations as the means, by way of a certain organizational form, it is one kind of management activities which are carried out by the wide employees to center on the union of the value creation and value distribution.
