摘要
浙江省私营企业劳资关系具有三大基本特点劳资关系按照市场经济规律运行;外来工基本处于不规范劳动关系之中;劳资关系处于相对稳定、协调的发展期。
The labor-capital relationship at the private enterprises in Zhejiang Province has three big basic characteristics; the labor-capital relationship shall be operated in accordance with the law of market economy, and the outside employees basically are under the irregular labor relationship, the labor-capital relationship is under the relatively stable and harmonious developmental period.
