改善学生脑疲劳自我调控方法的研究

摘要 在校大学生因学习时间长,脑疲劳候的记忆力减退,影响了大脑连续工作状态。通过自我调控的研究,用点穴按摩的醒脑开窍作用改变大脑组织内部微循环,改善大脑缺氧状态,并且通过运动疗法调动全身能量潜力汇注于大脑部位,达到体健神全,精力充沛,心情愉快,从而提高智力,完成学业。 If the college students at schools study for a long time, then, the faculty of memory decreases at the time of the brain fatigue, it shall influence the continuous work state of the brain. By way of the studies on the self-control, by way of attacking the vital point and massage and enlightening the cooling the brain to change the internal microcirculation of the brain tissues and perfecting the anaerobic condition of the brain, and by way of the sports therapy, transfers the energy potentialities of the whole body and gathering to pour into the brain section, the college students at schools could achieve the target that they keep the body healthy and spirit full of vigor, and they are in a cheerful frame, therefore, it could improve the intelligence of the college students so as to enable the college students to finish their studies.
