摘要
开发了能实现空间曲面零件电火花线切割加工的极坐标加工系统,阐明了系统的组成和运动规律,对其主要硬件装置———翻转式自动分度数控回转台进行了设计和研究,从而进一步拓宽了电火花线切割加工的工艺范围,解决了空间曲面零件的加工难题.
A polar cutting system that can cut space curved surface parts by WEDM is developed, and the combination, motion laws of this system are explained. After the design with studying to the automatic graduation numerical control backward table of his major hardware device is carried out, the range of processing complex ruled surface by WEDM is widened, and the problem in cutting parts with complex surfaces is solved.
