摘要
在木犀草素的生物活性和席夫碱的特有性质基础上,利用缩合反应,在无水乙醇中合成未见报道的黄酮类席夫碱(木犀草素缩苯胺、氨基硫脲).并通过元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、摩尔电导等手段对所其进行了结构表征.初步确定了其结构.
On the base of luteolin and schiff base, a series of luteolin schiff bases are synthesized by means of condensation reaction. These compounds have also been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-visible spectra and molar conductance. Their ingredients and molecular structural formula have been determined as well.
