依法行政是建立责任政府 ,推进民主政治 ,实现以法治国的重要环节 ,目前 ,在这方面还存在着一定的问题和不足。为此 ,必须在执法观念方面、在行政立法方面、在行政执法方面、在行政监督方面 ,革除弊端 ,弥补不足 ,多方入手 ,全面进行建设。
