摘要
同辈群体对学生的学业成绩、情感和社会性发展都产生着重要影响,学习过程中的同辈影响模型把同辈学习环境和促进学生学习的过程及机制联系起来。而同辈学习环境的结构性把其区分为泛化性学习环境和指导性学习环境。同辈学习环境的作用机制主要有:社会性比较、同辈反馈、观察学习、惰性知识的激活、认知冲突和合作建构等。
Peer group has a great influence on students' grades, emotions and social development. The two-tiered model of peer influence connects the environment with the mechanism and process. Peer group environment can be classified as the tutorially configured and “ambient' environments by their structure. The mechanism in peer learning mainly includes social comparison, feedback, modeling, activating inert knowledge, cognitive conflict and co-construction.
