矮牵牛开花过程中核酸和叶绿素含量的变化 被引量:9

摘要 把矮牵牛开花过程分为前分化期(无花芽),萼片、花芽形成期,雌雄蕊形成期,子房、花药成熟期和开花期5个时期。选择红色、粉红色和杂色3种花色的矮牵牛,对其开花期间核酸和叶绿素含量进行测定。结果表明,3种花叶片的核酸含量在第2期时明显升高,粉红色花在第4期又出现一个核酸含量的高峰;红色花和杂色花中DNase比活力呈下降趋势,粉红色花在第2期时DNase比活力有一个高峰;红色花和杂色花叶片在第3期时RNase比活力出现一个高峰,粉色花在第2期和第5期时RNase均有所升高。3种花在第2期和第4期时叶绿素含量均降低,在第3期和第5期时均有所升高。 The flowering process of Petunia hybrida was divided into five phases:former differentiation stage(without flower bud),forming stage for sepal and flower bud,forming stage for pistil and stamen,mafure for ovary and anther and anthesis.The petunias with three kinds of colors were chosen,i.e.,pink color,variegated color and red color.During the second phase,the contents of nucleic acid for the three kinds of flowers rose remarkably.During the 4^(th) phase,another peak of the contents of nucleic acid occurred for the pink petunia.The specific activity of DNase in the pink and variegated flowers exhibited the tendency of lowering;and the specific activity of the pink flowers had a peak during the 2^(nd) phase.During the 3^(rd) phase,the specific activity of RNase of the red and variegated flowers appeared a peak;while the pink flowers had a peak in terms of RNase,during the 2^(nd) phase and the 4^(th) phase.The contents of chlorophyll were all lowered for the three kinds of flowers and rose in the 3^(rd) phase and the 5^(th) phase.
