摘要
本文通过传统档案馆和现代档案馆功能的比较 ,对网络环境下档案馆功能的变革的动因、内容以及实现平台进行了研究。
By comparing the functions of traditional archives with those of modern archives,the article focuses on the research on motive,content as well as platform for achieving of functional innovations in archives under the internet environment.
