摘要
对纯毛高弹绉织物所采用的纱线捻度、经纬纱支、经纬密度及捻向配置进行了分析与试验,通过改变经纬纱捻向配置和交织规律来控制相邻纱线的退捻力矩,并以适当的后处理使织物产生不同效果的收缩,实现了织物的起绉,并赋予织物优良的伸缩性。对试织样品的弹性伸长率及回复率进行了测试,确定了起绉与弹性效果的最佳工艺。
This paper analyzed yarn twist, yarn count, interweave density and the twist configuration of the warp and the weft how to affect the effect of crape for pure cotton elasticity crape cloth. The untwisting torque between the adjacent yarns were controlled through altering of twist and interlacing regularity, and different shrinkage effects and good elastic property were got with proper finishing. This paper also determined optimized process of crape and elastic property according to extension of elastic extension and recovery rate.
