对纺织品模压成型的定义、原理和工艺进行了全面介绍,从纤维材料的热学性能和织物结构分析出发,阐述了可进行模压的纺织品,并具体分析了模压成型过程中温度、时间、压力和模具形状等关键工艺参数对模压制品质量的影响以及上述工艺参数的优化配置。
The paper introduces the concept, advantages, principles and process of molding of textiles and describes the suitable fibers and structures used in the textiles that can be molded. By analyzing the key factors such as temperature, pressure, time and pattern of mold, the paper discussed how to produce the molding textiles with high quality.
