摘要
以具有超级小麦产量潜力的品种潍麦8号和对照品种鲁麦14为材料,研究K+对水分胁迫下小麦幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,低浓度的K+能够提高小麦幼苗的净光合速率(Pn)、PSⅡ光能捕获效率(Fv′/Fm′)、PSⅡ的实际光化学效率(φPSⅡ)和光化学猝灭系数(qP)。同时降低细胞内超氧自由基和MDA含量,提高抗氧化酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量,防止膜脂过氧化,减少对细胞膜的伤害。而且,在低浓度的K+处理下,潍麦8号比鲁麦14具有更好的抵御干旱胁迫的能力。
A high yield wheat cultivar Weimai8 and Lumai14(CK) were used as materials to study the effects of K^+ on physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings under water stress. The results showed that low concentration of K^+ could improve net photosynthetic rate(Pn)、efficiency of light energy capture by open PSⅡ(Fv′/Fm′)、photochemical efficiency PSⅡ(φPSⅡ) and photochemical quenching coefficient(qP) of wheat seedling. It could also decrease the contents of and MDA and improved antioxidant enzymatic activities and the content of soluble protein. These could prevent membrane lipid from peroxidating and could reduce the damage to membrane. Treated with low concentration of K^+, Weimai8 had higher ability to resist water stress.
