摘要
从美国引进的克瑞森、皇家秋天和红宝石无核葡萄新品种在山东表现出不同的丰产性能。本研究从花芽分化临界期葡萄新梢内源激素的角度,探讨3个品种幼树丰产性能与新梢内源激素含量的关系。结果表明:生长势强、花芽分化差、3年生不能丰产的幼树,新梢在花芽生理分化期的IAA、GA3、ZR+dZR和iPA的含量较高;生长势相对较弱、花芽分化好、3年生能丰产的幼树,新梢在花芽生理分化期表现出较低的IAA、GA3、ZR+dZR和iPA含量。砧木嫁接能降低新梢内源激素的含量,提高葡萄幼树的丰产能力。
Three grape cultivars, Crimson, Autumn Royal and Ruby seedless, which introduced from USA, show different fertility capability in Shandong. In this paper, the relation between internal hormone contents and fertility capability for these three cultivars was studied. The results showed that, for three-year-old, not fertile grape trees with strong growth potential and poor flower bud differentiation, the contents of IAA, GA3, ZR+dZR and iPA in the shoots were high during the phase of flower bud differentiation. While, fertile grape trees with relative poor growth potential and good flower bud differentiation, the contents of which in the shoots were low. Rootstock grafting can reduce internal hormone contents in shoots, and increase the fertility capability of young trees.
