正交试验法优选姜花精油提取工艺条件

Optimization of extraction process of hedychium coronarium essential oil by orthogonal design

目的:优选姜花精油的提取工艺。方法:用挥发油测定器以水蒸气蒸馏法提取姜花精油,应用L9(34)正交试验设计选取最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取条件为姜花捣碎后,加4倍水,提取3h。结论:优选所得工艺稳定可行。

Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Hedychium coronarium esssential oil..Methods:To obtain the Hedychium coronarium essentiall oil by the method of steam distill. The optimum extraction condition was investigated by the orthogonal design.Results:The optimum extracting condition obtained:adding 4 folds of water ,extracting for 3h after pound into pulp.Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and feasible .
