Some common spawn preservation methods of morel were compared.The results have shown that there was a good preservation result in a temperature range of 0～4℃,and there was a much better sealed result in cotton plug with paraffine or rubber plug with a little hole .After 2 years and in the condition of 0～4℃,there were over 98 per cent of the morel spawns which were alive in diversion.
